Ms. Dickey supervises the full range of financial and administrative operations for Carnegie Mellon's Department of History, including implementing university policies and procedures. She acts as an information resource and advisor to the Department Head on administrative matters, particularly in the areas of budget planning, current financial status, graduate student commitments, staff personnel and facilities. Prepares proposal budgets and oversees proposal process for sponsored research contracts. She also administers research, non-sponsored research, and faculty discretionary accounts, and oversees space and facility planning.
