STRUGGLE

Frederick Douglass said, "There is no progress without struggle." STRUGGLE creates a context for conversation, writing and reflection - a space for teens and adults to revise and to act on the dreams of their own "life projects." Life projects are the stories we build for ourselves - in a context with others determined to lead committed lives - to find connection, purpose, and meaning.

STRUGGLE is a response to the challenge

STRUGGLE uses multi-media technology not only to support the three phases of its life-project conversation and reflection but to draw its participants into the emerging world of an information economy.

Life is struggle.
Dreams do matter.
Life goals, daily plans - and the relentless quest to act according to them - rebuild grounds for hope.
