Interests, Projects, Connections: I am interested in "boundary-crossings" and the challenge of creating just and loving, inclusive and intercultural, "anti-racist and "anti-homophobic" communities of mutual concern within inner cities. I see the study of rhetoric, cultural practices, and community literacies (people thinking, writing, reading, speaking, acting, adapting. . . ) as helpful to those who are learning to negotiate or cross boundaries that divide.
