Carnegie Mellon University Computer Clusters

While Baker Hall 239 is open 24 hours a day, the university has several other computer labs (also called "clusters") that are also available to all Carnegie Mellon faculty, staff, and students. These computer labs may offer different platforms (Unix, Mac, Windows), and specialized hardware and software. Students may find that some of their courses either are located in one of the computer clusters, or that their class meets in a cluster from time to time.

Computer cluster hours and locations are available online. Because the Computing Services computer clusters can be reserved for classes and events ahead of time, you can check the reservations system before you go.
