The Center for the Arts in Society welcomes our new fellow for the Fall 2008 semester, Shirley Wajda. Dr. Wajda received a Ph.D. in American Civilization from the University of Pennsylvania and teaches in the Department of History at Kent State University. Her research areas include American cultural and social history; material culture; visual culture; history of photography; consumerism and consumption. |
