Our goal for this site is to provide you easy access to upcoming events, and contact information for your Career Consultant. Most importantly, we have compiled essential tools and resources at your fingertips to assist you in every step of your unique career planning process.

We are often asked "Is the Career Center for me even though I am not ready to find a job? Our answer is a resounding "Yes--as early in your college experience as possible!" Developing a good relationship with your Career Consultant will allow you to maximize each step of the career planning process from your freshman year and beyond. (Yes, we provide career services to our alumni, too!) Whether your needs range from trying to figure out what to major in, to learning more about careers that can develop out of an H&SS education, we can help.

Additionally, the Career Center offers specialized programming throughout the year to enhance skills that you need for internship and job seeking. It is the primary place to seek student employment opportunities, to interview with hiring employers, and access current research and statistics on employment and salary, so that you can stay on top of what is going on in the work world.
