Resumes & Job Search CorrespondenceNow it is time to put your previous actions and accomplishments down on paper and make them work for you. The job these tools are to perform is very simple: they are to motivate the potential employer to call you for an interview. They are a marketing tool about you. Go to our "Writing a Resume" quick tip (see links at right) that steps you thorough the process of creating your resume. Once you get something down on paper, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment with your Career Consultant to have it reviewed. Additional resources
for resume writing and correspondence are abundant both in print and over
the Internet. Our Career Center Library has several useful books that
provide both advice and examples of resumes.
